At MomentPets Chile, shipping is free on all orders, with no minimum purchase amount.
Delivery times
- Metropolitan Region: 2 to 4 business days
- Other Regions: 3 to 7 business days
Payment method
We accept cash on delivery: you pay in cash or with a debit card directly to the delivery person when you receive your order at your doorstep. You can also pay securely online with Webpay Plus.
Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, we will contact you via WhatsApp with the tracking number so you can check the status of your shipment at any time.
Were you not home?
If the delivery person is unable to locate you, a second delivery attempt will be arranged by contacting you via phone or WhatsApp.
